The InTension Program Portal was created to bring you a 1 stop shop for all things fitness & nutrition. Our goal is to give you the tools you need to up-level your fitness and transform your body. Here's what you can find here in the InTension Program Portal:
We have workout programs for both men and women, with the option to workout at home or in a gym. Every 4-6 weeks, there will be a new training block uploaded to the site which will be the workouts that we are currently following along with. You are welcome to either follow along with the workouts we're doing in real time or start back at the beginning of a workout program.
We've created over 20 different sample meal plans covering a variety of calorie ranges that you can follow, or you can simply use them as inspiration. Each meal plan comes with a shopping list and gives you the breakdown for how many calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fat it contains.
As a member, you'll receive access to 2 weekly live workouts. There will be one HIIT workout and one low impact workout (apartment friendly!) weekly. These workouts are a great way to get your heart rate up and add in some cardio to your routine.
Each month, we will be hosting a LIVE meal prep workshop. All you have to do is shop for the ingredients, and show up! We'll give you step-by-step instructions to set yourself up for the week.
